Description
A relatively new / modern house located on a small side street in the town of Urubamba. Tres Marias is Peruvian-owned but the owners do not live on the premise. The caretakers speak some English. This hotel is a great option for single travelers who don’t need much. It is a quiet, mellow atmosphere with basic amenities.
The house has nine rooms as well as a charming sitting area, a large kitchen and a great deck out back to enjoy the views. The backyard has a beautiful garden where you can relax and take in the mystical surroundings. On the top level is an enclosed terrace with outstanding views of Urubamba.

Rooms
Each of the rooms has a Quechua name. They are light and airy with lots of space, although fairly basic. One room has a fireplace, another has several beds to accommodate a large group. The suite is the largest room and the only one with its own private bathroom – the rest are shared.
Food
A continental breakfast with eggs and fresh fruit is served each morning. The kitchen is available for guests’ use and there are several restaurants within walking distance.
Children
The larger room in the basement is ideal for people traveling with children. It also has its own bathroom.
