Description
Pasquale is Gaston Acurio’s (a famous Peruvian chef) fast food take on Peruvian food. They serve only sandwiches, all stuffed with a typical Peruvian flavor or dish, like ‘lomo saltado’ (stir fried beef mixed with French fries), ‘butifarra’ (pork with lettuce, onions and hot peppers), or ‘aji de gallina’ (pulled chicken with spicy sauce). They also serve some sides, beer and juices.

Prices are easy on the budget and portions very filling. A sandwich, side of ‘choclo’ and ‘chicha morada’ (a typical Peruvian drink made of purple corn and lime) will cost around 14 soles.

Insider Tips
Don’t miss the ‘choclo’ (corn, cooked with a flavorful dressing).
