Description
Located on the patio of the old Cabrera Mansion, this minimalist glass-encased restaurant offers original creations seeking to emphasize regional ingredients in a fusion with international cuisine. The premises also house the Museum of Precolombian Art and an H Stern jewerly shop.
Specialties include the lamb with green wheat and caramelized tomatoes (48 soles), gnocchi with shrimps in coral sauce (42 soles) and pesto chicken fillet (42 soles). They also have the best desserts in town: Their 'Tres Leches' (25 soles) or their strawberries in Black maize syrup and corn ice cream (22 soles).
Insider Tips
Beginning June 1st, MAP Cafe will offer a dinner menu including a starter, a main course, a dessert and a glass of wine. The price will be 110 soles.
