Description
In the heart of Cusco, with an amazing view of the main square, La Retama has been one of the most traditional restaurants in Cusco for over 15 years. Owner-operated by limena Marthita Quinteros, La Retama offers a wide range of peruvian dishes - trout ceviche (28 soles), sauteed beef (31.5 soles), roasted guinea pig (58 soles) - and exotic cocktails such as coca sour, algarrobina, and the famous pisco sour (between 8 and 9 soles). Watch for their classic folklore show with local dances and music... definitely the best quality show in town. Large groups can make a reservation for their buffet (sashimi, ceviche, corn soup, potato with cheese and chili sauce, alpaca stew, wheat risotto, trout with leak and bacon, etc.).

Insider Tips
A buffet dinner is served almost every night, so if the place is not fully booked you can enjoy it too for 49 soles.
