Description
Perched along the Plaza de Armas, the Inka Grill is definitely geared towards tourists staying in the high-end hotels surrounding the square. Ilaria, the high-end jeweler, even has a display case at the front door. Despite its ultra-touristy location, Inka Grill is a fine option for a special night out. If you couldn’t see the Plaza out front and the looming Catedral de Jesus across the way, you might have thought you were seated in a restaurant in New York or Toronto.

Once seated, you will be treated to crispy yuca chips and a bowl of tasty green salsa while you peruse the menu and make your selection. Choose some wine from their extensive list of Argentine wines along with other international varieties. The menu offers a wide variety of options from appetizers (s/ 22-45) and pizzas (s/ 25 – 29) to vegetarian and meat courses for mains (s/ 31 – 55), all internationally inspired with a novoandino twist. Start with the Inka Grill platter and, if you are adventurous, move on to some of the local specialties, such as alpaca and guinea pig (cuy). If you prefer to stick to the food you know, try the ‘Harry’s Bar Carpaccio’ or the Quattro Fromaggi pizza.

Insider Tips
You may want to call ahead to make a reservation in advance. Ask for a seat by the window.
