Description
Ask any local where to go for the best tipica food and they will point you in the direction of Utz Hua. For local specialties from the highlands, this is the place to come. This small restaurant with a thatched roof (inside) is up Avenida 12, not too far from the main square. The decor is mismatched with Christmas lights and stuffed parrots hanging from the ceiling. Don't be put off by the dirty tablecloths, the food here is very reasonably priced, tasty and comes in large portions. House specials Q20 - 40 includes soup, rice, salad and tortillas.

There is a maximum of three beers per customer rule. Check the white board on the wall for the daily specials as it's easy to miss.
