Description
A traveler's favorite, Casa Babylon serves up an excellent selection with the freshest ingredients. The atmosphere is relatively non-descript. A small bar area on the first floor leads up a flight of stairs to the main dining area. The red walls are adorned with a few simple wooden carvings. Deciding what to order; however, is exhausting as the menu covers the gamut with a huge selection of salads and baguette sandwiches using a wide variety of fresh ingredients, such as the Auvergnate Salad with blue cheese, nuts, virginia ham and bacon.
