Description
Nestled into the courtyard, surrounded by a pink, colonial-style hostel, this restaurant serves up some of the best meals in town. Bordering the garden, a big wood-burning oven serves as a centerpiece to the outdoor tables. From here they produce homemade breads for sale or to be turned into their delicious garlic bread. The menu is pricier than you would expect, given its location within a hostel, but it is well worth it. Big steaks, great salads, and Italian fare are all available. The real treat here is the service. The friendly staff help contribute to the welcoming atmosphere. Mains Q70 - 90, pastas Q35 - 50, sandwiches Q40 - 60.
Insider Tips
There is a nice art gallery / gift shop here that supports local handicraft co-ops. Give the postres a shot.
