If you are craving a bit of the city life, SATO is the place for you. A modern sushi house with funky lighting and music that will take you straight out of Bahia. A small patio with cushioned benches overlooks the Bay and neighboring hotspot Pereira. Bahians may not be able to grill fish, but they certainly know how to serve it up raw. After watching two men in snorkeling gear head straight out of the ocean and across the road to a restaurant with a hook-full of fresh fish, we decided it was a safe bet and we were not disappointed. The menu features mostly classic sushi dishes, some with a Bahian flare. 10 piece sushi platter R$25.
