Description
Although this may not be the most elegant meal you have while in Salvador, it is an excellent way to try out local fare and know (sort of) what you are eating. SENAC is the municipal culinary school and the restaurant provides an opportunity for the chefs to display their learning. The food is presented buffet-style and each dish is labeled so you can decide what you like before diving in to an entire dish.
