Description
Maybe the best things about Zazá are stepping on rose petals as you climb the spiral staircase, then removing your shoes and settling in on floor pillows at the low tables in the candlelit, eclectically decorated upstairs dining room. But Zazá would be worth the visit even without the charming atmosphere. Go for the opportunity to sample Brazilian ingredients that are creatively prepared with an Asian twist. The specials are usually very tasty and ordering appetizers is a good way to sample a bunch of the menu items. The portions are not big but the food is satisfying.
Insider Tips
There is an outdoor terrace where you can engage in Ipanema people watching. Best to call ahead for reservations.
