Anna Bistro is a newcomer in Mendoza, bringing with it a modern flare. It is owned by two French brothers who saw a need for a lounge atmosphere in Mendoza. Comfortable armchairs and sofas overlook a surrounding garden, perfectly designed for chilling out during warm nights.

The menu is brief but elaborate combining local dishes such as “Chivito al Disco” with more exotic options like salmon ceviche.
