Postales del Plata’s Chacras de Coria Lodge was born from the dream of two American friends who traveled to Argentina and discovered their passion. Stephen and John had vast experience in lodging and travel and did not hesitate to start a new venture as soon as they discovered this fascinating wine region.

This Mediterranean-style lodge is located in Chacras de Coria, an upscale suburb of Mendoza just 25 minutes from the airport, that is a gateway to the wine region. Postales del Plata’s lodge has a casual and elegant style with tastefully decorated rooms. The decor aims to create a comfortable atmosphere where you can rest your feet after a long day in the vineyards. The lodge has just seven rooms, a swimming pool surrounded by an ample garden wine bar, a dining room and parking.

Insider Tips
Take advantage of the parrilla and enjoy an excellent Argentine style barbecue. This service is not included on the price and you need to ask for in on advance.

Rooms
The lodge has six regular rooms and one suite. The rooms are located in two wings that surround the lobby, dining room and wine bar. All rooms are spacious with minimal, yet tasteful, decor highlighted by local works of art. The beds are extremely comfortable, with big, fluffy comforters and pillows. Bathrooms are spacious and feature great towels.

Food
Breakfast is included and served in the dining room. It includes an assortment of local pastries, yogurt, fresh jam and cheese, orange juice and coffee/tea.
